15th of the particular month, pay the salary ...
then...
issue traffic saman , saman malu , saman buang sampah merata-rata, saman meludah , saman kedai kopi naik harga , saman kedai runcit naik harga , saman-menyaman ..
until....
hooray , enough money to pay for the other half of the salary...
OK... now , what would happen to next month...
